LIFETIME WARRANTY INFORMATION 

Our hardwood frames are warranted to the original buyer to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal usage for the life of the product. My Sofa Factory will, at it's option, repair or replace any furniture found not to have given performance in line noted above. This warranty is rendered invalid if the item in question was subjected to misuse, accident, fire, improper cleaning or handling, and unauthorized repair. In no event shall our liability exceed the original cost of the product.

10 YEAR WARRANTY INFORMATION

Our high quality commercial grade fabrics, foam, feather, and cushioning materials are warranted to the original buyer to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal usage for 10 years. Pilling and fading are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is rendered invalid where there is evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse or where the fabric has been chemically treated.

TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY

Kindly report any quality concerns you may encounter directly to My Sofa Factory and we will facilitate service arrangements. The consumer must furnish the sales receipt of the purchase, showing date purchased and the name of the frame style and fabric. Transportation charges may apply and are not covered by warranty. If you purchased an additional warranty please refer to your warranty paperwork.
